Shipping Info
All of our pieces are made to order. Although we do our best to send out as soon as possible, please allow up to 3 weeks for your items to be made and shipped.
Domestic orders
We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $50.
All other domestic orders are shipped at a flat rate cost of $10.
International orders
New Zealand orders ship at a flat rate cost of $18.
All other international items ship at a flat rate cost of $25.
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Upper Room is not responsible for customs fees incurred from customers purchasing from outside Australia. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.
Upper Room is not responsible for items once they leave our hands.
If you need your items in less than 3 weeks from purchase, please contact us and we will do what we can to help you out.
